MGX 2015 consolodation of silica claims ( sounds like ) several silica claims.
The trick ? Just one mentioned. lol
MGX's Wonah claims were abutting Moberly Silica
MGX owned 100% of, Wonah silica.
Wonah was mentioned as the only outcropped silica.
One needs to research Rio Grande all the way to Patriot Battery Metals.
Keep in mind the consolodation of silica claims were in, mgx control
and on mgx's website. ( wink )
Zimtu called their silica claims Golden Silica or, ZimFrac
Which is kinds odd knowing they also had actual frac sand silica
claims in, Alberta.
Thankfully, 2022 MDA clarifies the Golden was let - lapse.

Heemskirk Consolidated Limited, the owner of the Moberly Silica Sand Mine, was the subject of a February 13, 2017 takeover bid by Northern Silica Corporation. The total transaction is valued at greater than $42.3 million ASD;
Pretty sure i read a court doc stating the Moberly Silica plant
transacted few yrs later... would place the timeline close to
Zimtu lapsing on silica claims.
Makes no sense to lapse on silica claims when a buyout occurred.
One would be strategically positioned hoping Northern would
want to ensure a long lasting supply of, silica.
MGX - last financials stated we still owned all the silica claims.
Holding off on, current financials = would do what ?
How would zimtu's financials compare with mgx's ?
Zimtu also had Cannon Bridge Capital along side. ( England )

CSE exchange - tried twice speaking to - manager.
Not a chance.
Still don't know if the junior mgx volunarily delisted.
Or, CSE forced - delist.

After all... an exchange is the one who issues stock to the junior.
An exchange transacts buy/selling of stocks.
Investors monies...held in accounts on exchanges via investors bank.
Issuer of stock originally comes from exchanges.
Anyone ever gidit other stock hullboards - with similar scenerios ?
I have. Sometimes odd balls will have harsh words telling investors
move on....you lost your money - investor falt - don't invest what you
can't afford to lose - you've been scammed move on - ....is this right ?
Or are they hired clean up crews ?
I would say....things need to change, like right now.
We shareholders were on halt for almost 1.5 / years
Lean on.... in press saying we'd go back to trade.
All the while axing of claims, fixing the silica mess and screwing
shareholders of valuble silica claims - chip, conductors/capacitors.
Even Tillicum was not mentioned in last press.
REN claims are in same vicinity as several Zimtu junior created
companies.... wouldn't be surprised if eagle bay has our ren claims.
Maybe, commerce resources or how about, Marvel ?
