Never seen this even in bankrupt companies. Time for a lawsuit? The management must sell the plant, close the company, and do a one-time payout to shareholders. Certainly, the mine is worth more than 0.5 cent/share, even with debt counted in?

Crazy.... Website down again, 3rd largest volume active on TSX at 0.005/share. Assets marked at $34million in 2012, $18 million in 2013. Around $16 maximum liabilities worst case.
