Crazy amount on the BID

The bid is just stacking up between $0.09 - $0.10, tons of poeple looking to buy! Looks like we should have a breakout at any point now! This is one of those stocks that just going to get away from people trying to buy a hlaf cent lower... Wonder whats going on?
