adjusting for outage
Thanks for that dispatch website. Very helpful.
Adjusting (roughly) for long Jan outage, but not the other two short outages, very roughly, for first 882 hours, would get average pool price of: $106 per MWhr, and avg production of 236 MW.
The heat rate would also likely not be as good at the 8.1 from their presentation.
So this would give an estimate somewhere of earnings before finance and tax some amount lower than about C$ 10 MM for the first 882 hours. Still good.

It might be too early to tell, but the lack of snowpack could put some pressure on the hydro facilities this coming summer as well. A good reminder that a "balanced" electrical generation grid is important. I would like to hear from Maxim what the plan is now that Milner is operational and what they intend to do with the balance sheet. LR
