Halo Collective Announces 100 To 1 Reverse Split

Halo Collective this evening indicated it’s looking to conduct a reverse split. The company is looking to consolidate its outstanding common shares as a means of curbing its growing share count.

Really wish I could find a single company that has completed a share consolidation and retained it's pre-consolidation share value.  Eg. If HALO's pre-consolidation SP is .025 then post consolidation it should hold around $2.50 after the 100 to 1 reverse split. Unfortunately history tends to show significant fall off in price. I'm not projecting a reduced value, just won't be

Good to know there are some. They simply haven't happened in my experience. What were the Pre and Post Share prices for these?

Umpteen millions of shares of Halo have been bought up in the last few weeks at fire sale prices... it wouldn'd be a surprise if insiders at JV partners and other semi-arms length knowledgables have.something up their sleeves -- crooked as the day is long, this wheel and deal.

Well there you go... after the reverse split the stock opened at $2.22, and while the many unwashed riff raff were hobbled by retail trading software that allowed buys but not sells, the price rocketed to $7.00 (for the lucky duck connected/pro folks).
