Don't know much about shorting....but I have heard of a short "sqeeze". Could that be happening here....or is something else afoot?

There were several articles today regarding the safe banking act and that it was getting close to congress moving forward on it.

Forgive my ignorance but how does that tie into Halo?  And will that still happem if congress flips at both levels in the upcoming mid terms...the house, the Senate, or both?
