They have mentioned Government funding for commercialization and as a Government worker I can tell you the Government likes to pay in advance.

"2022 for the debentures not 2020 " well I agree, but the MD&A states that mangement INTENDS to do this, but there has been no confirmation that it has actually closed...yet.
