Pointy is a pure example of someone who put way too much money in a stock and overextended himself looking for the quick buck and is now having to panic post all day every day since he has no experience in what it is like to actually hold a stock for awhile.  Ni idea what it is lke to wait for things to get done when his investments are all penny stocks.  He's best put on ignore.

I would be happy if they dilute spend it all on marketing and a real sales and marketing team and blow the Biocloud tech up and get it out there like they should have a long time ago and build a sales team for the core as well and add more business or why not JV with Johnson Controls do something that's going to generate new money we don't need new investors we need business.  They

Exactly! This is not only just a shelf prospectus but a preliminary one at that (read not ready to go yet). If there was any hint of desperation, one would have to at least see a bought deal offering or PP for an almost instant cash influx. No. This is more like getting ready to ramp things up
