That, along with the rest of the butt-covering jargon at the end of all of their "news" releases allows them to say pretty much anything, regardless of how untruthful it eventually turns out to be. BioCloud pump as a case in point.
If only 5% of their "guidance" had been accurate, shareholders would have made a lot of money. Instead, pretty much everyone lost their shirts on this disaster of a company.

Yes, all companies use it, but few to the extent these clowns have.

I think you meant to say that you think they are pushing the interpretation of it in the way they are publishing information.
