For clarity or correction, missed the question mark behind the hypothesis of purchaser second guessing just in case someone thinks I know something relating to the purchase.  The point being that an update is material and required when a previously announced timeline on an event like this is missed.  I don't care about the disclaimer of forward looking statements because even there

On these boards, the entertainment value by those that are unable to reflect and self-assess is second to none. Good to have him back.  His posts, PG's management and communication is not worth the price we paid but are the only form of consolation. Some folks still pump the value of this based on the cash the company has.  First question, did I miss the actual sale of CEMSI?
