So, turns out CEMSI sale was completed on June 24.  A sale of one of few businesses remaining resulting in a gain of about $13 million.  No news release.  Not material at all, so that's all good and fully in line with the spirit of securities regulations.  Just like not telling us that BC was a dud after they told us that they have doubled their capacity to produce 20,000

It is incredible that folk have any good regard for him as if he had made sound business decisions, and think that the market is not rewarding him and should go private.  If he had been private nobody would have made off like bandits after his shameless promotions!  Now that the gig is up suddenly being publicly listed is not a good thing.  I am all for him leaving the exchange
