According to their investor presentation, they will do a R&D centre (2024) and commercial plant (2026) in both BC and Ontario. Proximity is the reason. I can see Southwestern Ontario as the major hub, especially with LG.. Also could have something to do with COB, investing in the country your are registered & listed in.
