this I do not know ! good SWAG that anything verbose, w NCI and potential JV's or sales are behind non-disclosure agreements; posted w a Bond..  that how the TSX mines play and keep it zippoed zippered.. i suspect there is a mountain of activity @ NCI and the State of Nevada.. nevada gold MAY B in there w a fully gamed plan -4- anybody w a shovel in the ground in that distrik.. From a strategy point of view this makes sense to me (as  have repaetedly and unrelentingly posted... here, have Wally)  A JV would be great for us minority owners... gives us speed to completion... potential for easy exit liquidity... but most importantly, in one way or another, we benefit from a higher cash-flow multiple that the market or institutions will attribute to the project

if a federal court (fast 41) rules that you cannot change the word Mine to Mining..  t hen they will hav to go bak and re-permit.  each and every mine permit.
