should B close to bottom...   IMHO - he hedge's has no buyer in the wings..  running to empty will dilute their positions where the came in around 19/20..  as to the job descriptions...  they appear 2B new..  underground geotechnical engineer couple others...  one for vents and heat w moisture exchange..  all tallied about 30 new people..  and ...more
