Nevada Copper Corp > We wonder if anyone knows how

We wonder if anyone knows how

To build an operating budget ?

As Noted previously what is unacceptable is the fact that there was no communication as to the FACT that  PALA & NCU we're running out of $!!!

Thus the question = why should retail shareholders believe that the 3 amigos, and the
mine management NOW HAVE EVERYTHING UNDER CONTROL!

The old expression of 3?strikes and your out =is at play = why should we believe that a final solution has been found = "TRUST US"!

Sorry this old dog says  = "VLAD YOU HAVE TRIED TO DEVELOP PH= HOWEVER YOU HAVE CLEARLY SHOWN ALL ==

" GAME OVER = IT IS TIME TO SELL"

And the negative goodwill of PALA/NCU  is such that it is time to close down PALA!

Understandable....BUT...the copper is there, the copper story is solid, it's going to get taken out of the ground and it's worth a god awful amount of money....don't lose sight of that

% of the new financing that is closing debt???? Apparently, nobody does.  Hmm ... with all the number crunchers we have on this board and no one has the numbers of how this financing will be used right there in front of them?  As my long-term readers know I have a difficult relationship with mathematics, and my results always need independent verification anyway. The idea this ...more

thats about the same deal as last year or jan 2021...  the AFS has bottom note the NCI will not be free of additional funds until 2024..  payla lookslike they are going to small step share dilution finance going forward... there is gold on the NCI Property mixed in w lesser grades of copper..  they are going to debt finance a heap leach and lease everything else.. this simply ...more

Just realize that the private placement of Pala is not inclusive of the marketed deal so they are raising 148m shares from non Pala funds (market deal) + 89m from Pala (private placement) + 15 % (over allotment from bookrunners which Pala will match) so 35.5m ((89+148)x0.15) = 272m new shares or c$210m which is 1.5x current market cap. I thought the 89m from Pala were inclusive of the 148. It' ...more

Balance sheet restructuring announcement 2 months ago (non binding term sheet). Pala mentions US138m new facility including US41m of new money which was KFw condition so (138-41)/0.8 = C121m debt from Pala as at Beginning November . 89mx1.15 (assuming overallotment which Pala will match) = 102m x 0.77= C$79m toward debt repayment so C$42m left but part of the marketer offering also goes toward ...more

Nice math emma. That was an eye opener for me. 450 million shares times a buck puts ncu in good books of lenders. They r now well over 1 to one mc to debt. A billion spent on property to date and mc plus debt is around 650 million cad. So buyers r getting in at 65 cents on the buck.

actually - we get shafted...  the jan and july wts were parleyed abk onto the NCI Books for taxing treatments..  probably one of the reasons U cannot exercise a canadian wt in the US..   two ways too navigate the wts thoughts... if the company issuee these as a zerocoupon bond/type..  they we get the interest and tax payments on our side.. if the company issues them as a ...more

I believe news said op and exploration and ug. Previous release stated, no more financing needed for underground. I guess pp is not borrowed money so not a financing:))) Germany wants the copper fast. So op and satelites r important to advance. Sp back over a buck by december. nf

read the AFS..  there was no dollars for drilling..  the drill bits that did hit the gound for the tune of abound 450,000$ - has the core samples sent off for testing of gold content.. i am beginning to think heapleach/gold..  they simply neeed a crusher and minimal gear to get the crush onto a sakreet pad... 2024 is about the time leach will B accumulating... Thank you both, so the drop in PPS is appropriate for the increased liabilities.    Okay. No one loses money until they sell and I wasn't intending to sell my remaining stock (sold half Monday), so nothing has changed as far as my interest in this stock, I was holding long-term anyway.  That's the bad part of counting your chickens still in the embryonic stage.  ...more

Not sure what you are saying. There is no increase in liabilities, there is a reduction (Pala debt effectively gone). Just that the equity issuance is massively dilutive, 1.5x market cap which is a bit too much (moot point if you match and keep you shareholding). Nofluff point is that the company went from bankrupt to well capitalised
Comment by emma1500 on Nov 12, 2021 12:57pm

Patch you said:  otw - this last pak just took NCI Private..  its still publicly traded.. but its operating as private w a bank & deep pokets..  This is good?  Because low number of shares in circulation  plus access to funds just in case in 2024+?

poster ran the numbers 2dy..  they added 250 M New NCI Storks.. yes there were a few shares missing from circulatoion.. but now may hav a few too many..  f the had to retail 100M at 1,5M day or less..  this cold B a while.. otw NCI is simoly operating like a private..  thats why U do not see guidance - ANY news.. and what comes out whaks the stok 40%,,, 2024 is theri stated ...more

"Not sure what you are saying."  (That makes two of us) "There is no increase in liabilities..." Ol' desert rat math is I draw a line in the dirt, and on one side I put things I can sell, and on the other side things that cost me money.  A reduction of the amount of the company my share is worth has to be recorded as a loss.  But if it reduces my debt then ...more

i think they retired everything...  most of that last minutre pak was to re-allocate stoks that were written off w the warrants...  page 19 is rather double speakit..  but the 35M were rederavitized added bak to their books as non performing w a 5M$ loss on the warrants as defined by the Schoales Model..  that 114M Shares from 75M added around 39M New NCI Stoks to the company ...more
