Understandable....BUT...the copper is there, the copper story is solid, it's going to get taken out of the ground and it's worth a god awful amount of money....don't lose sight of that

Nice math emma. That was an eye opener for me. 450 million shares times a buck puts ncu in good books of lenders. They r now well over 1 to one mc to debt. A billion spent on property to date and mc plus debt is around 650 million cad. So buyers r getting in at 65 cents on the buck.

I believe news said op and exploration and ug. Previous release stated, no more financing needed for underground. I guess pp is not borrowed money so not a financing:))) Germany wants the copper fast. So op and satelites r important to advance. Sp back over a buck by december. nf

Not sure what you are saying. There is no increase in liabilities, there is a reduction (Pala debt effectively gone). Just that the equity issuance is massively dilutive, 1.5x market cap which is a bit too much (moot point if you match and keep you shareholding). Nofluff point is that the company went from bankrupt to well capitalised

Patch you said: otw - this last pak just took NCI Private.. its still publicly traded.. but its operating as private w a bank & deep pokets.. This is good? Because low number of shares in circulation plus access to funds just in case in 2024+?

Given how undervalued we are though it's not that big a deal in the grand scheme of things
