Any opinion on how NCU BK effects TFPM's investment?
TFPM slightly down on big silver day.

Depends on the contract terms and what the court says. It could be secured debt, unsecured debt, transferred to new owners, or terminated.

If I had a better idea than you, I wouldn't be asking. LOL What bothers me is that by allowing the situation to remain unclear, creditors (i.e. shareholders) can’t file objections to the proceedings.
