Very imteresting
Since the auction produced no bids, the Pala employee that was overseeing the entire ncu process has been removed. All other management are listed. Tracy Thom is available by email or phone.
The website is being maintained. The Pala employee was not nominated to the board by Pala but nominated himself as an independent director. Looks like no one bought it. With him in control, Pala was still much in the picture. He is off the payroll and ncu looks to be pursuing more bids.

Tom you are sounding like Patch with the conspiracy insinuation. No court will intervene, since the 'auction' and sale proceeded according to bankruptcy laws. And yes, there was an auction, but the Stalking Horse bid already in place was higher than other parties wished to bid. Like many auctions, the market just isn't interested in the item for sale.
