January 08, 2024 VCIG : F-1/A Registration statement for securities of certain foreign private issuers. Use of Proceeds: We plan to use the net proceeds we receive from this offering and any proceeds from the exercise of Warrants to engage in (i) investing in client initial public offerings (25%); (ii) strategic acquisitions of businesses (25%); (iii) financing initiatives (25%); (iv) research and development for technology related areas (15%); and (v) team expansion (10%).
