First of all it says a lot about the news, out after close on a Friday!

Second, if Evan was willing to sell half of the business for $18M (I believe it was?), it's because we needed that much money going forward. Now what?  I know Evan is business savvy but I this is a huge challenge. 

It's obvious after doing their DD, VCI thought it was not worth it. So that also gives us a sense of NTAR's value, it was like an independent review. I believe our current business situation relies on primarily one customer, and that may create a certain risk.

I guess it was blessing that this deal did not go through, maybe timing is on our side after all? I believe I saw CIBC buy a lot of approx 100K up 0.26, I guess he believes in the value of it as well or he believes that this new deal Evan is referring to is worth his investment. Now let's jump start TGGL along with NTAR and ARWY. Glad to be wrong on my first assessment. As you say, I feel

If I understand correctly, currently there is no revenue from TGGL until the star of charging in Q1. We need to be patient I guess. Does anyone know when Q1 starts?

Found it on their web site, they follow calendar year. So soon we should get a hint as to how many are willing to pay for the software. It's been a while since we heard from the director of that business.
