Under $16 in pre-market this morning. Why does it keep dropping? Shouldn't the switch to LEV have happened by now? Is there news I'm not aware of and can't find?

No you haven't missed any news.  There are still 25 days left in March.  There has been some serious decline in s/p for almost ALL EV's.  There is even more negative sentiment and punditry on SPACs.  Mad money is chasing $hitcoins. I expect LEV to stay grounded even after listing on NYSE although that catalyst will bring a lot more eyes on the company.  Once it is

The way this is going i might be able to avg down at the spac issue of $10!! What a dissaster. Any company specific event wont help here so long as the market is taking a bat to spac's and Ev's.
