What's going on with this company? As of today it's still trading under the OTC PINK as
NHMPD.

I've been buying shares of this for 2 weeks thinking it was going to convert to VEGN on Jan. 25 but as of today it's still trading. 

Who is selling these shares and any idea when they convert to VEGN?
