That Cost Recovery Issue is what killed Niko in india..interesting article!!! Niko withdrew from D6 and settled the dispute but do you think the arbitration case is still on for Niko's 10% share? Did the court render an award?

As a 'long' share holder in this outfit (NKO) I wonder if there is ....still any hope to recover some of my investment in that company?
