Why did RCF sell?
I've been trying to figure out what Wyloo's ACB is now that it has converted the load at 20 cents and the warrants at 35. How much did Wyloo pay RCF-V for their entire interest? I don't think it was ever made public. Extending the thought, I can't get around what possessed RCF to sell to Wyloo. We're they fed up of waiting? Maybe they didn't fit in the picture and were asked to get out by the Mattawa and/or the governments. Why didn't they take the initiative like Wyloo has? Anyway I look at it, RCF left money on the table. Puzzling.

and that is only the half of it. Anyone know what happened with the Noront/KWG share thing or who helped who in the RCF deal. It's all good anyhow as it moves the Ring of Fire. !!!

RCF bought a huge stake in Rail-Veyor at the same time as selling NORONT for pennies, did they know something? 1) ROF 2) Rail-Veyor 3) Transportation 4) KWG 5) Partnerships 6) First Nations 7) Transportation of ore charges $$$

Lou, what happen back in 2012 is not in question. Where did you get the fact that Wyloo paid $14.8M? You know, maybe RCF sold just because they are not miners like BHP and Wyloo and are more just like financiers. They made a few bucks and got out.

Read what is posted before making comments !! Under the terms of its agreements with RCF, Wyloo Metals will purchase the 94,553,126 Noront common shares for an aggregate purchase price of US$11.5 million (C$14.8 million, or C$0.16 per share) and will purchase the convertible loan for US$15.0 million (which is the principal amount of the loan).
