So you're voting NO to Wyloo's offer of $1.10. Odd that this is not being discussed as much as it should be. If more than half of the minority shareholders vote No, then the deal is vetoed. Who in their right mind would want be a minority shareholder in a privately held company is beyond me. I would imagine all those ROF believers who wished to participate in NOT2.0 couldn't believe

Keeping my shares until the share class is announced following the vote  - could even have a dividend attached ???  Who knows until the Fat Lady stops singing ???  Either way it will be HUGE - O YAYA $$$$$$$$ - Can always sell the new class of shares if I choose .  If it goes private as some think - then I will own Prefered Shares of the NEW NORONT 2.0 - O YAYA $$$$$$$$
