Dividend of 0.31 on November 17, shares falling today!??

Interesting how this massive dividend triggered a 20% jump in stock price but some are bailing 5 days before the payout of 31c. Almost as if they believe the dividends are not reliable and happy just ...more

Quarterly Dividend of 0.31 per share !!!

The last year has seen NRT issue dividends of 0.81 per share, this quarter being 31 cents of that. Given a share value of $6 currently that means an annual dividend of over 12%!!! As long as NRT doesn ...more

Dividend

Just reported a $.20 2Q divvy including $.015 of positive cost adjustments. A year ago, the stock traded at $8 1/2 with a $.20 div but is currently only $4.75. Should be north of $7. Buy.

Anyone know if the dividend is paid if you sell your shares on the date of dividend? Or is the owners of shares at end of trading on that date? Thx
