Thanks for posting Wisguy. Imagine spending $6M-$7M in land holding costs a year to be able to say you held lease land the size of Connecticut to show nothing for it. So a solid $40M wasted. So between the mill costs, land holding for vanity, shorters that's a solid $350M wasted.
