I would say that Volume tells me that..... There are no sellers at this price or lower and that price / the chart means there is no real interest in this stock unless there is news.... If there was any business at a lower price that could be matched up then it would be moving lower. But since there are no sellers - there is no point moving it lower to give stock away.
