the chart says clearly shows $19 is not realistic and $15 optimistic

From the Web Cast, The two companies value the combined companies at $500 million. They would have 36 million shares outstanding so $500M / 36 million shares = $13.89 but here is the thing at $500Million their access to capital markets, Sales Licence for HIP and CMED for Capsules would send the price much higher back to $15 and if another offer comes in from WEED or APH we are right back up to $20
