Hexo's Boss Sebastian St'Louis says that he has no interest in a bidding war, and that he worked very close with Newstrike team and the Hip to get this done. It is really starting to look like the only way Hexo would buy them out is if they got the share price down, which they managed to do for the last 5 months , out of nowhere it dropped to half a dollar. Open your eyes people , they manipulated this down for there own gain.
