Mr. Selby
received 400,000 options at 10 cents if exercised within 3 years. So do you believe he is doing this for a 20% profit?

If the acquirer gets the price they want do you really think management and directors will not be taken care of above and beyond their shares in some way. Maybe I've become a little cynical over the last 5 years but do you blame me. Anyways this is all speculation let's see how it all unfolds

If a buyout gets out of the teens I would be very surprised!>

buyout in the teens seems realistic, a 150-200% premium from todays price. I've got a small amount of shares at about 11 cent average.

Stop guessing (it's too early) Increasing the reserves and mine life will paint a better picture on a buyout price. If the reserves are doubled at a minimum (which is quite probable), fundamentals will change.

I think at least .15 should be doable. That would put the market cap at around $75 mil. Consider that Timmins market cap is at around $250 mil. currently and they're looking at production of around 100k ounces this year. I think around $75 mil. for NWM would be fair, especially given the current market conditions.

Good point Slick, I forgot to include reserves in my equation. Anyway, just hoping for the best.
