b/o Price

Ole is worth XYZ Price. I  think it will be sold for $750 mil to $950 mil. Been years of Debate here. The list of Buyers that will Invest that Much $$ in WA is Limited. But approaching  $1 Bil is a ton of money. Now the more Dilution, the lower the sp.  I personally think Chet is only thinking abt the Dollar Figure, and  NOT the sp. Saudis want only $$, not a swap for shares. Chet will boost his Take w/ his Options.  Again, the Project is only worth X, . Granted, the negotiations   debate  POG, the economy, WA risks, the $300 mil Plant, and other major points. If he can get $ 800- 900 mil today, thats gonna get  the same or better sp for us now vs waiting another couple years w/ dilution and debt.    ajmo

Nice to hear from you Hoosier.  I agree.  When there is a buyer they will value the entire property.  They basically do not care who owns what portion of the company.  That is not their problem.  They will come up with a figure and the OJVG will divide it up accordingly.  This is why I use market cap figures in most of my guesstimates and ...more
