26 March Record Date for Voting

Just wonder if we get any news ( partnership ) before 26 of March., if they want my votes, I hope they will do it.

Isn't that just the date they have to provide official notification of the AGM in May?

A record date is a date fixed by the directors for the purpose of determining which shareholders are entitled to receive notice of and vote at a meeting. But I believe that you can actually vote up to about 48 hours before the meeting but have not confirmed this. I believe the record is just the shareholders of record as of that date that would only be the ones able to vote at the AGM.
