True, not even the NG reports submitted yet, never mind the French consideration stage for the award or not of a mine permit. In fact. no gold explorer legally ownes the sites upon which they presently work in French Guiana. The licenses are all out of date, yet, work is still going on with French permission. OREA has already gone to court to try and legally defend their Montagne d'OR licenses
