your logic and words are confusing 
just because there are potentially two answers doesnt make the decsion a 50 50 proposition and in fact there is third option of permit with condidtions.... 

but that doesnt make it 33 % chance either unless they are rolling a three sided die !!!!

i say chances 95 % with conditions 
2.5 % denial 
2.5 % approval wo conditions 

market price is confusing why this isnt running up ... i know limited shares / long time shareholders ect ... but come on !!!

U and others  feel free to share what you think is going on ... ? 
it will help ease some of anxiety as i am getting slaughtered on the US side of the market....

I don't know where These conditions come into play , but as of late we hear from other people with conditions, As far as what i have heard, they will make a decision in 45 days. so to me that's either yes or no, I'm not trying to say any different, just my understanding on this process. Yes my thoughts on conditions are the things i would talk about when we get permit. I think were all
