Ahhh EAO in FIRST denial said mitigationg factors that BKM presented should work !!!
I think bkm also submitted water quality data i could be wrong on this but i know they did studies on this....
Thansk new ministers for being puppets of the old ministers and whoever is pulling your strings.
The miniing approval process is a joke. They could have specifically asked for data on fish and water in the SAIR times but did not... as i understand it.
