Does not matter Tko is going to own Curis now and is a staggering 40 % loss to the agreed purchase price of 2.32 . Owning Tko is not a great return on investment especially when Gilbralter mine is set

Judge has set Sept 22 to hear the eminent domain case city of Florence vs Curis. If it gets thrown out then City has no legal right to take property from Curis. Shareholders should vote against
