post mortem

A few questions : Who voted yes to this rake-over ? Was it individual investors or was it managed money investors ? Essentially everyone on this bull board voted no yet everyone else voted yes. Perhaps its time to ask these money managers how they voted and why?
Did the lending syndicate really theaten to pull their loans if so why not for other similar juniors?
Did anyone look at future prospects , particularly in light of a strong forward pricing market? Were any efforts made ar all by management to find alternative buyers prior to agreeing to the break fees?
Were there any land sales made during the last six months any where in the Montney? If so for how much? What were the results of the drilling with Tourmaline?
Why was the fairness report written by TD AND NOT AN INDEPENDENT BANK ? also does TD not have any ability to base their opinion on future prospects , if not why do they provide investment advice?
Lastly , does any one believe that any of these clowns has any integrity whatsoever?
