Pennant completes oversubscribed offering for $317,260

Mr. Thomas Yingling reports

Pennant Energy Inc. has received regulatory approval to theoversubscribed non-brokered private placement. The company wassuccessful inraising $317,260. A total of $303,260 of the private placement wasraised on a flow-through basis as to a share onlyat the price of 14 cents. A total of $14,000 of the private placementwas raised on a non-flow-through basis at a price of14 cents per unit, each unit consisting of one common share and onenon-transferable share purchase warrantexercisable for one year at 20 cents.

The proceeds of the private placement will be used for oil and natural gas liquid exploration andgeneral working capital.

A finder's fee was paid pursuant to the financing, in accordance with the policies of the TSX VentureExchange.

The securities have now been issued having a hold period expiring Jan. 29, 2012.

Go on the main page of stockhouse and read the news release.It's in German but you can translated.I speak German and it is interesting.Why sell at 0.11 when you can get 0.14 in the near future.titi
