This just proves that the all talk is still happening...but no one has ballz to pull the trigger on a deal. Talk enough and you are going to get someone frustrated with the whole thing and start a hostile bid. LONG...PGD EKIM

Washington's proposal puts Dominion into play and brings the "long-awaited kickoff of Canadian diamond consolidation," brokerage Canaccord Genuity said in a note to clients.

Canaccord just reduced KDI to a Hold rating as well. It doesn't bode well if your single analyst puts a hold on your stock while that company also says consolidation is well underway. That says a lot. LONG...PGD EKIM

great post madmann, agree, as i mentioned in my first posts this morning, this will shine light on the Canadian diamond markets, risiing tides and all that, there is more water to run under peregrines bridge yet IMO.
