Permits
Another twist in our ongoing saga and guessing game. Four days ago Peregrine had its Enviromental Baseline Study permit renewed. Not too thrilling? Interesting aspect is this permit expired in 2016, after (7) years of studies were completed, and is being renewed now. The baseline studies include wildlife observations, hydrology and fish studies required for the mine permitting. This work is normally carried out twice a year, in mid June and September.
Cheers

Why are they renewing it now if one was already completed? They need to find more things to spend the money they don't have? I am sure they don't have the people to do it in-house, so it would be contracted out. Or maybe now they do?

The work will be performed by Tetra Tech Canada. The studies have not been completed. The company obviously had reasons for not continuing the studies (financial reasons?). Point is they allowed this program to lapse but are now reinstating it.

Details are in the Resource update -- Page 4-5 (Table 4-1) --> Resource Statement 2018 They did do something in 2017...but it was one of the sparser years. They have completed different assessments in differing years. It looks like with the scientific permit and all this year that they will a bit more 'x's in that chart. LONG...PGD EKIM
