I don't see Phillip Frost or Barry Honig with any apparent ties to the Board of Directors

I didn't find them in the list of institutional investors, at least not under their names. They might use trusts , investment companies or other entities.

A search of press releases for Frost or Honig uncovered nothing.

Again, I previously owned PGLC. If I still owned it or was contemplating it, I would be more meticulous. I am pretty sure they were involved here at one time. A web search might tell you when. Then old posts here might tell you more. Good luck.
