Not really, we are still waiting for an injunction (Medida Cautelar) to be granted for the second group of claims, which includes Ocacasa 4. Also, last month INGEMMET presented an opposition (a type of appeal that is presented before the same judge) to the injunction granted for the first group of claims and Macusani Yellowcake responded to the opposition two weeks ago, so the judge will issue a ...more

Regarding the oppositions presented on Dec. 2019 by Ingemmet and Minem against the first Medida Cautelar (17 concessions), last week (Oct. 21st), judge Hermoza Castro issued the 5th Resolution (online since today) under the precautionary process, rejecting said oppositions and thus conffirming the first MC.
