BOD

This BOD is a joke IMO, they have allowed management to continue to emplode the value of the stock price from $40 to $8 and BOED production of 38k to 28k in a little over a year!!. Heads should roll in this management group with that kind of performance. What is the boards fudicuary duty to the stock holders here? They have done nothing and maybe should be reconstituted. I can't believe the major fund stock holders are not all over these guys for their performance. We need a buyout IMO.
