honest question and worthwhile reading before investing

This company caught my eye and I have a small hold but help me understand why I should invest further given the facts of the attached information?  This company appears to be drowning in debt.  Am I misreading something?  Additionally, I see that the lawsuit has been primarily dismissed so theres no big payout in the future as I read it and I have read the entire legal filing and also see that judge has ruled in comcast favor (although not entirely).  Im honestly asking here not bashing as I have spent my entire evening combing the internet.

Good review and it makes sense.  I would say that this industry has some razor thin margins in some area and with the dilution of media to social platforms you have to adapt.  An example of this is how content providers need to adapt to things like Netflix while their initial attempt was to suppress it. PNTV delivers content to a specific market within the hotels and seemed to be pretty

If you read the historical timeline of this company and how it got to where it is today you should understand that it is extremely well managed. Debt has been managed with expert precision and evolved on an as needed basis. The new financing partners all see this.

Zen, Greenleaf will be the catalyst that propells this stock to new highs once the dispencary licences are recieved. I hope there is a split of the companies assets, as the gaming side appears to be an anchor around the Mjs potential.
