Not aware of DollarCity's corporate culture but have to wonder if Peso will give DollarCity easy entry into Mexico in 2026. Maybe 25 stores by then, just needing re-branding, and all for say $50MM ...more

With $10MM undrawn average that's a 16.5% interest rate equivalent  and then that $800K in first year on top of this. I should say it's expensive and I'd appreciate seeing the DCF ...more

Wow, those are horrible terms.  13.5% interest and... The loan is subject to a closing fee of $800,000 to be paid in two instalments to the agent, for the rateable benefit of the lenders. A ...more

PesoRama

PesoRama would fit good for Dollarama because of the shops they have with Dollarcity in Colombia and Guatemala and El Salvador and Peru . Could help each other out
