Gulf Cooperative Council Pivots To Green

Gulf Cooperative Council countries are cycling more profts into green projects rather than sinking more capital into long term fossil fuel developments. They are also funneling more into infrastructure like Saudi Arabia's trillion dollar 170 kilometer horizontal city.

This will accelerate global oil supply deicits that is already underway. They are preparing for a world with a lot less oil in which they will thrive while the rest scramble to cope or spiral down into chaos.
