river levels are lower than last year at this time. I fear

shipments might have to stop for a period of time, if they keep falling this fast. We of course won't get a heads up, until after the fact. If that happens, i would like to know the full extent of the stoppage. I am not saying this will happen, but the situation seems dire when talking about structual changes to amozonian rainfall. Hope i am wrong, but share price seems to be telling me the selling is nonsensical, as in, why sell now, after the exceptional run up in brent.
