PTSH to upgrade its reporting status

As the Company awaits the access and set up of its new OTC Markets account in order to complete its reporting status which will include

- Current Financial information on both PTSH and it's operating subsidiaires,

- New and updated adequete diclosure

- Various other relevant data on the day to day operations of the business
