Note that the $20,000 loan made by one of the insiders allows them to 51% of the new shell company if the company should fail to raise money and default on his $20K loan. Does this put his interests at odds with ours? I know the insiders are heavily invested but this is one odd little loan. 

 

Bottom line- new money is needed, and yesterday.
