Lost faith or dirty games?

I can only see two scenarios driving this action: A) Shareholder(s) decided to bail and not risk waiting for the financing (or not getting it) or B) Financing prospects themsleves selling it down to arrange for the most attractive terms. I've seen that happen many times prior to a private placement.  IF "B" is what is going on the bad news is we suffer through it and take a heavier dilutive hit. The good news is, we're getting funded.

I agree! I have seen the share price manipulated down before a financing. It is criminal but there is nothing you can do about it. On the other hand, after the latest 10q and subsquent surprising news of work stoppage, there is a good chance that investors are just selling to save whatever than have left.  I think that the lack of any kind of update, contrary to what management says, is ...more

Even if a deal is announced, there may well be some " investors" who don't have the fortitude and  decide to bail at the wrong time. Most of us have been sitting on paper losses and have the confidence to watch our shares come back, but, the market stinks for this stock, so even $5,000 of stock can move the price materially. I , for one, plan on once again taking advantage of ...more

Until we gain a true market in this stock, we remain vulnerable to the whims and necessities of current holders. Our typically thin and irregular volume and the relative low price will retain the type of volatility we've seen in recent months. Deal or not, that won't change, imo, until we get some real legs here.
